Stratus FAQ:   Where did my Stratus Search Fields Go?

1. How do I search for short sales or eliminate short sales?

On the search page, locate Modifications/Exclusions.  Choose M8 Short Sale Notification. Check the box next to NOT to eliminate short sales.

2. How do I search master bedroom on the 1^st floor and hardwood floors?

Locate Interior Features and click on the gear for these and other interior features.

3. How do I search for garage?

Locate Parking and click on the gear for all garage and parking features

4. How do I search Broker or Agent Owned?

Locate Modifications/Exclusions; Choose M6 Disclosure of Ownership Interest

5. How do I search pool, tennis and gated community?

Locate Exterior Features and click on the gear for these and other exterior features.

6. How do I search for horse properties or cul-de-sac?

Locate Location Features and click on the gear for these and other location features.

7. How do I search for a full, finished basement?

Locate Basement and if you want more than one option change OR to ADD.  Example:

Full & Finished

8. How do I search for solar, oil, electric or gas heating?

Add the Field called Heating Fuel.

9. How do I search the property description?

Add the field called Public Remarks. 

10. How do I search waterfront, ocean, bay, canal, etc.?

Locate Waterfront Features for all waterfront & water view features. 

11. How do I search front exposure?

Add the field called Lot Exposure and click on the gear.
